Korean Ribs






Another week another rib meal :)
Ingredients:
~ package of ribs
~ 1 cup soy sauce
~ 1 cup brown sugar
~ 5 whole jalepenos
~ 1/2 cup water
Directions:
~ Place ribs in the slow cooker
~ Top ribs with soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and jalepenos.
~ Cook on low for nine hours
Verdict:
~ Delicious! these are one of my favorite ribs now. the spice came out, but not overbearing. meat was very tender as well.
Menu:
~ Korean ribs
~ edaname
~ white rice
~ noodles
~ salad
