Hoisin Chicken Wings

Another appetizer that I served at bunco..and again no pics...but they were pretty looking..LOL!

Ingredients:
~ 2-3 lbs. frozen chicken wings
~ 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
~ 1/4 cup honey
~ 4-5 garlic cloves
~ 1 inch of ginger, peeled and grated
~ 1 T sesame oil

Directions:
~ Dump the chicken into the crock pot. Add the hoisin sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Stir well to mix flavors.

Verdict:
These were great! The meat was super tender! I'd never had chicken wings in this flavor...but boy...I'll be having these again!
